Acted as an accurate and honest resource to prospective students/families, faculty, staff, and VIPs on all aspects of the WVU community. Provided daily administrative and operational support for the Visitor’s Center, including the coordination of guest arrangements.  Led year-round tours of campus of up to 65 visitors per tour while participating in an ongoing training program for the University.

Covered seven WVU sports in the position of beat writer for the third best student newspaper in the country, as named by the Society of Professional Journalists. Interviewed student-athletes and coaches while developing rapport. Write five-to-eight articles a week on the beat with a weekly column discussing personal opinions.

Spoke weekly over the airwaves co-hosting a morning show every Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Developed a comfortable speaking voice with an exciting and enthusiastic tone. Controlled the soundboard and edited sports highlights for broadcasts of WVU sporting events.
